What should I do if the pump stops working?

It may caused by being clogged with food debris or pet hair. It is suggested to replace the small sponge or clean the pump. Regular pump cleaning every1 to 2 weeks helps to extand its life.

How to clean the pump?

1. Remove the small sponge.

2. Remove the pump cover.

3. Remove the impeller cover by pulling up on the small tab.

4. Use a fingernail to pull out the impeller.

5. Clean the parts with clean water, then reassemble with them.

How often should I replace the filter？

We suggest that the filter should be replaced every 2 to 4 weeks, depending on usage.
